Most people go to the store and pack their carts with tons of unhealthy products they weren’t even planning on buying.

Water is a crucial part not only of weight loss but of a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to drink some water before every meal as thirst is easily confused with hunger which results in overeating.
Plus, water boosts your metabolism and improves your workouts! So be sure to make it not only a dieting habit to drink water. Make it a lifestyle change because you will feel much healthier when you’re properly hydrated!
5.Eat more green vegetables
Another one of the small changes to lose weight naturally is…green vegetables! They are awesome for weight loss! Most of them have close to zero calories but tons of vitamins and minerals! And they will fill you up and reduce your appetite, too!

So you should definitely add green vegetables to your weight loss diet and next time you feel hungry but it isn’t time for your meal, just have a salad!
6.Get enough sleep
Sleep is actually a very important part of weight loss. Getting enough sleep every night helps keep your metabolism and energy levels stable and also keeps you emotionally motivated!

7.Be more active
This is probably an obvious part of weight loss to most of you. But I’m not talking about going to the gym or for jogs every single day. Most of us don’t have the time or desire for this.
But just try to go for more walks with family, friends, or maybe just your dog. And maybe consider a simple morning exercise. Basically, just move as much as possible whenever you have some free time.

10.Eat more often but have smaller portions
Many people think eating 2-3 times a day is enough. For some, maybe it is. But for weight loss (unless you are on some specific weight loss diet created by a specialist), it would be best to eat about 4-6 times a day every few hours.
This way, you won’t become super hungry in between meals which will keep you from unsmart eating decisions. Plus, you will be less likely to overeat because your portions will be smaller!
