Hangover is something we’ve all experienced and it can really be annoying.
These are some of the most common symptoms of a hangover:
- Muscle aches
- Increased sensitivity to sound and light
- Mood disturbance
Lemon is amazing for rebalancing the body. It changes our pH levels and controls our glucose levels. Combine 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice into a glass of warm water. Stir this well. Drink. If you do it right after you wake up, you’ll relieve the hangover immediately.
Ginger tea is amazing against nausea. It also makes the process of alcohol digestion faster.
Combine 4 cups of water with 12 slices of ginger. Leave it to boil for 10 minutes. After this has finished, add some lemon and orange juice as well as 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir everything well. Drink the healing tea.
A cup of coffee the morning you wake up with a hangover is an excellent idea. It will improve your mood and alleviate the headaches. You’ll solve the problem quickly and effectively!
As we have mentioned previously, ginger is amazing against vomiting and nausea. You can also combine brown sugar, ginger and tangerine pith. Consume it before you drink alcohol and you’ll decrease the hangover!
Exercising regularly is also an amazing way to treat your hangover. Drink a lot of water to energize your body and hydrate!
Bananas are amazing since they contain potassium. Potassium is excellent because it decreases the symptoms of the hangover. Take 2 bananas on an empty stomach. You’ll feel better only after several minutes.
